The Blacksburg Vintage Market hosts a Vintage Market on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Market Square Park in downtown Blacksburg, VA.

Vendors will be selling all things vintage from clothes, jewelry, vinyl records, books and more.

Enjoy live music from Mike Gangloff, Isak Howell and Solar Hex.

Fiddler Mike Gangloff (Ironto) plays free Appalachian music that weaves together improvisation, melodic composition, and traditional tunes learned from older players in a region around his home in Southwest Virginia. He often performs solo on hardanger-style and octave fiddles, as well as in duos, including this year with UK guitarist C Joynes, with Prices Fork cellist Kaily Schenker, and with fellow Black Twig Pickers guitarist and banjoist Isak Howell. Besides the Black Twigs, Mike is a founding member of Pelt and Eight Point Star.

Solar Hex, based in Blacksburg, VA, performs venerable cello and vocal concoctions from the house on chicken legs deep in the hollow.

Currently focused on exploring color and tone, and the ways in which the sound of an acoustic cello can be stretched and extended.

The Blacksburg Vintage Market will be held on the second and fourth Sundays of every month from April through November from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
