The Montgomery County Department of Social Services presents a Career and Resource Fair on Thursday, September 17, 2026 held outside the Christiansburg Library.

With 33 vendors in attendance, this event is a great opportunity to connect with employers, explore career opportunities, and learn about community resources and services available to you.

Whether you are looking for employment, considering a career change, or looking for resources to support yourself or your family, we encourage you to attend!

Come connect with local employers and community organizations and discover opportunities to help you take your next step toward employment and self-sufficiency.

Bring your resume if you have one or come prepared to create one. Staff will be available at the fair to assist you with creating or improving your resume.
