Proclamation Theatre presents their Festival of New Plays featuring "Gunner Page" on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Knights of Columbus Hall in Christiansburg, VA.
The "Festival of New Plays" features four new works and stories of our region written by local artists over two days on Friday, August 21st and Saturday, August 22nd. As an audience member you'll witness the first time reading of new play.
The third play is "Gunner Page". "Gunner Page" tells the story of a World War II Army Airmen from Christiansburg, VA, Wilbert Page. Gunner was an army airman who survived his plane being shot down in WWII living a long a and productive life back in his home town.
This is a full length play in two-acts.
Admission is free though reservations are required.
