The Radford University College of Visual & Performing Arts presents 5 time Grammy Nominee Chuck Owen & Resurgence in concert on Sunday, September 29, 2024 inside Davis Performance Hall located within the Covington Center on the campus of Radford University.

Jazz artist and five time Grammy nominee Chuck Owen will perform with his sextet, ReSurgence.

Chuck Owen is a composer, arranger, conductor, producer, and a recognized leader in jazz education. The recipient of 5 Grammy nominations for his work with the Jazz Surge, he has also written for the WDR Big Band, Netherland’s Metropole Orkest, and many others. He is the recipient of Guggenheim Fellowship and currently serves as the founding President of ISJAC (International Society of Jazz Arrangers & Composers).
