Wood's Hole Hostel presents Grown Up Getaway Benefiting SEEDS Nature Center on Saturday, August 5, 2017.

Come enjoy a day of good food, hiking, massage, yoga, and relaxation at Woods Hole Hostel, Bed & Breakfast, and Mountain Retreat. This "slice of heaven not to be missed," is located in the heart of the mountains just one half mile from the Appalachian Trail.

Whether you come by yourself or bring a loved one with you, you're sure to create memories and return home refreshed, ready for life's next adventure.

Admission is $70.00 per person and includes a two mile hike on the Appalachian Trail, picnic lunch, outdoor yoga, half hour massage for each guest, snacks and a farm and history tour of the Woods Hole Property.

Best of all, your retreat fee will help SEEDS Nature Center in Blacksburg, VA fund-raise for a new van. The van will be used to bring young campers to natural sites in the New River Valley, helping to instill a love of nature in the next generation.
