Blacksburg Parks and Recreation and the New River Valley Kennel Club present the 6th Annual Festival of the Dog on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at the Blacksburg Municipal Park.

Bring your dog and the whole family! The festival consists of fun games for owners and their dogs, costume & cutest puppy contests, a basic dog show, good canine citizen testing and demonstrations of dog sports including fly ball, disc, agility and obedience.

Dog related product vendors will be on hand and there will also be a silent auction. Proceeds support the Blacksburg Dog Park.

Admission is free for spectators. And, some activities include additional fees.

Teach your dog something new! You'll be able to try agility, disc, and even test your muster in the Canine Good Citizen Test. The cost to participate with your dog is $5.00 for the Try It arm band.

Agility Show N Go is $5.00 per run or five runs for $20.00 for your dog. To sign up in advance, email andrea@allamericandogsports.com.
