Biography:
Sigma Nu Fraternity is a group of men committed to the values of Love, Honor, and Truth. At Virginia Tech, we have embodied the spirit of Ut Prosim for nearly 50 years. Sigma Nu was founded as a non-hazing fraternity and remains committed to that value. Our chapter has never had its charter revoked since our establishment at Tech in 1970.
Sigma Nu Fraternity was founded in 1869 at Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, VA. Sigma Nu currently has 166 active chapters and colonies on college campuses throughout the United States, and has initiated over 235,000 members since its founding.
