LIFT Wellness Consulting presents a keynote with Dr. Kate Steiner titled "Feeling Crispy? Recovering From Burnout So You Can Flourish" on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at The Lyric Theatre.
Before the pandemic, burnout was a career factor and increased as professionals provided emotional support while maintaining a façade of calm, confidence, grace, and patience.
How do you create space for yourself and show up for your employees, colleagues, students, clients, friends, and family?
During this keynote, you will be introduced to a model that builds resilience to burnout. This is not about finding balance; you will learn to observe your wellness, prepare for burn events, and recover personally.
Dr. Kate Steiner, Burnout Recovery Coach and Founder of LIFT Wellness Consulting, LLC works with clients to achieve wellness through recovery and self-care practices. She holds a Master of Counseling degree from Idaho State University and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Wyoming. She has been a researcher on burnout and wellness for 20 years, including the development of a sustainability and wellness model, anchored in self-reflection process.
