Description:
The Lyric Theatre presents Academy Awards Night at The Lyric on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
Join us for a celebration of the best movies of 2023 and all the glitz and glamour of Hollywood as we stream the Academy Awards Ceremony on the Lyric's screen.
Attendees are encouraged to dress their best. Doors open at 6:00 PM for all the Red Carpet action and the paparazzi will be on hand. Prizes will be given for Most Glamorous, Best Movie Costume, and Best Group Costumes.
Volunteer Awards will be presented at 6:30 PM and contest entrants will be judged by our local celebrity panel at 6:45 PM, so be sure to arrive early to enjoy all the festivities! We'll all enjoy watching the Academy Awards together beginning at 7:00 PM and additional awards will be presented to attendees throughout the evening, hosted by our very own emcee, Joelle Shenk!
Admission includes a light buffet and refreshment ticket that may be used toward champagne or bar offering (21+) or a non-alcoholic drink at concessions.
General admission is $25.00 and students are $15.00.

For extra fun, The Simmons Law Firm is sponsoring an Oscar Ballot with a grand prize of up to $500! Ballots can be picked up at the Lyric Theatre now through Sunday, March 10th.
