The Blacksburg Library presents the Community Quilting Bee Craft "Sleeves" on Sunday, November 26, 2023.

While the year’s project is a table runner that will lie flat, sometimes a quilt needs to be displayed on a wall or a bed. Learn how to make a sleeve for easy mounting on a wall.
