Blacksburg Parks and Recreation Department presents the Annual Blacksburg Easter Egg Event on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at Blacksburg Municipal Park (Caboose Park).

Egg Hunt Schedule:
• 10:00 AM: Toddlers up to 3 years old will collect gummy treat filled eggs and you will have great opportunities to take pictures. There will be a limited number of eggs for each toddler to collect.

• 10:30 AM: We will hold the running of the ages. 4–8-year-olds will line up by their age-group and collect as many eggs as possible. There will be one golden egg for each age group filled with candy and coupons from local sponsors.

• 11:00 AM: Family Relay Race. Families will have a chance to participate in a relay race with fun challenges such as a sack race and an egg-on-a-spoon race.

There will be an Easter Bunny and opportunities to meet with local community organizations as well as interactions with first responder vehicles.

Free to attend.

Blacksburg Municipal Park (Caboose Park) is located at 920 Turner Street in Blacksburg, VA.
