Vintage Cellar presents "An Evening with Massimo Alois and the Heritage Wines of Campania" on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

Join us for a special tasting with Massimo Alois of Cantine Alois, one of Campania's most respected producers and a champion of Italy's rare native grape varieties.

Inspired by references to ancient vineyards found in the writings of Pliny the Elder, the Alois family helped revive several historic grapes that had nearly disappeared from the region. Today, their wines offer a unique opportunity to taste a piece of Campania's winemaking heritage.

We'll be pouring:
• Falanghina "Caulino"
• Pallagrello Bianco "Caiatì"
• Aglianico "Campole"
• Casavecchia "Trifolium"

We'll also be taking orders for the highly sought-after Pallagrello Nero "Murella," available for next-day delivery.

Whether you're already familiar with Southern Italy's wines or looking to discover something completely new, this is a rare opportunity to meet the producer, hear the story behind these historic varieties, and taste some of Campania's most distinctive wines.
